At Inflate Maine, we understand what it entails to put all the pieces together for a great party, which is why when you rent with us, our top priority is making your life easier.

 

Delivery:

Our team will deliver the rentals to your location, set them up, show you how to properly use them, answer any questions and break them down following your event. When you reserve your inflatable, we will provide you a delivery and take down schedule at least 72 hours prior to your event. Final payment is due prior to set up.

 

Delivery fees:

0-15 Miles $35

16-30 Miles $45

31-45 Miles $55

Over 45 miles $65+ .67 cents a mile


  • When we arrive, there must be someone 18 years of age or older present to sign the rental contract and assume liability for the rental. Our staff will inspect the set-up area to insure the following:

    1) Set up surface that is not rock, sand, gravel or mulch and is free of sharp objects and any rocks, as well as, provides clearance of up to 5 feet around the unit when inflated.

    2) Within 100 feet of a 20-amp circuit that is required for each blower. Multiple units require multiple 20-amp circuits.

    Once the inflatable is set up, our team will inspect it for safety and show you how to properly use the equipment provided. Inflate Maine reserves the right to cancel a reservation at the time of delivery for safety concerns or the lack of a suitable set up surface.

  • Our inflatables do have safety guidelines when it comes to inclement weather, and therefore, we track the weather for you on a daily basis, providing you with updates that could affect your party and your rental needs. If necessary, we may need to cancel your reservation and any payment made prior to delivery will be refunded. However, once the inflatable is delivered, there are no refunds.

    If inclement weather strikes during your event, the inflatables must be deflated for your safety and the safety of your guests. Blowers should be put under cover immediately. In case of severe weather, we will contact you with instructions to deflate your unit and store properly. If directions are not followed, it can result in damage, which will result in an additional fee.

  • Payment is due prior to set up. We accept cash, credit or check. A deposit of $50 is due upon booking.

  • Other than in the case of inclement weather, we require 48-hour notice of cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours of your event will result in loss of your deposit.

  • Upon signing our rental contract, you assume all liability for both the rental and your guests that use the rental. An adult must be present at all times, limiting the number of bouncers and ensuring no rough play.

    The customer is liable for all damages to the rental and any necessary repairs will be made at the customer’s expense. If severe enough, the customer will be responsible for replacement of the damaged rental.

    A cleaning fee ($50) will be charged for excessive dirt, leaves, grass, and trash. In addition, water should not be applied to dry units and will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

  • The following Safety Instructions must be followed:

    1. A RESPONSIBLE ADULT MUST SUPERVISE THE INFLATABLE AT ALL TIMES. 

    2. Remove shoes prior to entering the inflatable. 

    3. Absolutely no flips (to avoid neck and back injuries).

    4. No somersaults, contact or horse play allowed. 

    5. No food, drink or chewing gum in or around the inflatable to avoid a choking risk and keep the unit clean.

    6. Glasses, jewelry, badges and anything else that will harm the unit MUST be removed before using. 

    7. No smoking on or around the inflatable. 

    8. No climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls.

    9. Always ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded and limit the numbers according to the age and size of the children using it.

    10. No pets, toys or sharp instruments on the inflatable at any time. 

    11. If rental is at night, customer must ensure proper lighting. 

    12. Periodically inspect tie downs and ground anchors to make sure they are properly secured. 

    13. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step. 

    14. No sand, face paint or other materials that could damage the inflatable allowed. 

    15. In the event of rain or winds in excess of 15 mph deflate immediately.
